C1-20 crashes since today
Hi experts!
Until yesterday I could work fine with C1-20 Pro. But since today it chrashes while opening. Its the same with two machines, Workstation and Laptop. If I disconnect both machines from the internet, C1 opens as it should and I can work fine with it. Next try with re-connected internet they crash again. The same happens with the still installed older versions 10 and 12. On the workstation an empty window with the headline"InvisibleParent" appears during the hang-up. Closing of C1 is only possible via TaskManager on both machines.
Any idea what could happen with the machines or the application?

Do you get the crash reporter after the crash? If so, please send in the crash report with your comments (description). This gives R&D an insight into what happens but is not similar to support case.
For crashes, I would always open a case.
That said, this kind of crash is new to me.
Curious: what happens when you first open Capture One, and next, connect to the internet.0
