PS renders differently

when I open a image in Photoshop it looks different - it seems to look sharper in Photoshop - am I exporting the image wrong

    Mac or Windows?
    What version of Capture One?
    What is your preview size in Capture One? (Preferences >> Image)
    What about if you zoom in to 100% in Capture One? Is it still blurrier than PS?
    Are you right clicking >> Edit With >> PS or exporting an image and opening it in PS?

    That's all I have.
