Recipe questions

Hi, still fairly new to C1 and i have problems with the recipes. I want to create a recipe for every project i am working on, with different naming conventions and different folders for every project. But so far when i change the folder in one recipe it gets also changed in all the other recipes, same with the naming. Any ideas what i am doing wrong ?

  You're probably changing it in the global location/naming panels (Output Location / Output Name), not in the File tab for your specific recipe (Process Recipe > File).

  Thanks for your help, but it doesn't work here. I deleted the settings in the global location and the naming panels and typed in the desired location and name in the file tab for the specific recipe. But C1 always uses the settings in the global settings.
  
  Edit: Okay, finally got the naming right, now i only have to get the correct path.
  
  Edit2: Got now the correct path too. Yay is that overly complicated, there should be a global/local switch in the global location and naming panels.

  Actually it is very powerful BUT there is always the question of which way one is approaching the functionality and I would agree that is it quite common to be confused.
  
  
  There was a webinar that covered this rather well as I recall - but I can't remember which one it was.

  In the overall naming panel i set format to sub name and in the file tab i set root folder to output folder and in the sub name field i always type my output filename. You should start to try things out with a new empty recipe, that helped me a lot too.
