OK found: old mask in new pics

OK I found it. By copy old settings to a new image the layers are copied too. One must know.

Hi, is it a problem of my system or my settings that in new pics are shown old layers and masks? What is to do? Or is it one more bug in v20? Thx.lars

  If you are copying edits from an existing image and the Adjustments Clipboard is configured to copy everything AND automatically selects everything as per the current settings for the tool, then yes C1 will paste everything in the Clipboard to the selected image or images.
  
  To be clear can you confirm what you mean by "Old settings" ?

  Thx. Grant, old settings from an old pic. I use the arrows, but in Adjustments (fall menue) there is not to set: copy layer/ mask: yes/no, it is allways done if in the source is one. I would like that it could be changed if layers shall copied too. Best days, lars
