focusing tethering problems with Sony A7R IV

I am connecting via Micro USB (USB 2) and see the camera and can see the Live View image; but for some reason the Camera Focus functions are not working. I get the following error:

(101#202) General error: An unexpected error occurred. - PTP Device - Response 0x2019: Device busy

  I don't know for the A7R IV, but I thought that for the A7R III focussing from Capture One is not supported? At least not from the Mac version.
