Copy/Apply broken in 20/20.0.1

I called out this problem in 20beta but never heard anything back. Now it seems the release version of 20 (and just updated 20.0.1) have the same problem. My workflow involves making adjustments to the first image in a series and then copying and applying those adjustments to the rest of the images. In 20.0/20.0.1 it works fine the first time BUT if I tweak adjustments any further and want to copy and apply a second time to update those tweaks to all the other images the apply step doesn't work. (note: Edit Selected is highlighted). I've tried the Copy/Apply in the tool bar, via the menu, and also the keyboard short cuts. Nothing works. If I create a new session I, again, get one chance to make all my corrections and copy/apply them to all the other images. Then something breaks and no more copy/apply functionality. If I quit and restart 20 it still doesn't work. Only way is to tweak each of the hundreds of images by hand. TOTALLY unacceptable. Anyone else having these problems? Am I missing a simple setting to change??? Help please.

Yes I'm having the same problem i was hoping it would be fixed by now. At one point it started working but its back off again. THe local copy apply for each tool work but not the global. Exactly the same as your not on the second go aeround, i have to try to get it right the first time.
