License Disabled

I have been using C1 20 since it came out - I pre-ordered it.

This morning my license shows disabled and I can't use the software.

Tried re - entering the license code from my pre-order and it says invalid.

I already deleted previous versions so now I can't edit photos.

  Did you already try to order it? I had similar issue. And what helped me is to go there:
  https://www.captureone.com/en/store/buy-pro
  
  select perpetual license (without any styles) and there was a field for discount code, which in my case was the code I have got with the pre-order. When provided the pre-order code, the cost reduced to 0.0€ and I have got a new license code.

  pawl_s - support supplied me with the same information you described and that worked!
  
  Hopefully this will help someone else. Very confusing as my Capture One 20 was working and then stopped.
  
  I thought the pre-order was the order since it gave a license. Had to re-order and use the pre-order code which converted the price to $0
