How to copy Fuji X-T2 in-camera ratings
Hi,
I shoot Fuji X-T2 cameras. Sometimes when on a gig, I give one or more stars to a photo in-camera. Mostly because the client or the person I made a portrait of expreses a preference for given photo(s).
When I later import the pictures into Capture One Pro there is no trace of that rating anymore. Is there a way to keep and import those in-camera ratings to Capture One Pro?
I use C1P 11.0.1 on a mac running Mac OS X 10.11.6
Cheers,
Ivan

Generally speaking in camera ratings, styles, adjustments, etc are only compatible with software that comes from the camera manufacture, this is particularly true for RAW images, jpgs would have styles embedded and perhaps ratings as well. If you import the images to the software that came with the camera you'll probably find your ratings there, but not in third party software like Capture One or Lightroom.
If you have the means you could shoot tethered to Capture One and the client could then make ratings there.0 -
Thanks for your reply cdc, and for confirming my suspicion. A pity but no big deal though.
No, most of the time tethered shooting is not an option for me. I meanly work for newspapers and magazines and time is always an issue.
Cheers,
