The short answer is "no, not really".

At present, you can create "variants" (similar to virtual copies in LR) of one frame and apply different adjustments to each variant - and then process those variants out as individual files.

At the moment there isn't a way to automatically stack those into layers in Photoshop directly from Capture One.

I only occasionally shoot architecture so I will typically process the files I want using a recipe that is set to open the files in photoshop automatically. Once everything is baked, in photoshop choose File -> Scripts -> Load Files into stack, and then click "Add Open Files", and select "Attempt to automatically align source images".

That sounds like a lot of steps but it isn't really - and you could easily create a one button photoshop action to do it if you wanted to.

Capture One definitely does support Applescript commands so you should be able to write your own script to do this (using Apple Automator or applescript), but I haven't seen anything existing that's easily available for you to just download and get cranking on.

There are enough high-end architectural shooters using Phase One gear and Capture One Pro that I can almost guarnatee someone has written one of their own but some time on google hasn't revealed anything obvious being shared to the general public.

If you have a Phase One dealer in your area, you should contact them - chances are good that they may have this available or can help you whip it up quickly.
