BUG: costylepack

with v20, .costylepack which have folders of .costyle and .icm no longer install properly.

Steps to repro:
- using any means of installing a .costylepack, install the pack
- attempt to apply any of the styles in User Styles

result: settings which utilize a Base Characteristic Profile no longer work

The reason why: Previous versions of C1 would install both the .costyle and .icm which are embedded in the pack, but v20 installs only the .costyle and not the .icm

Workarounds:

- rename .costylepack to .zip
- unzip
- copy the contents of the unzipped pack
- paste content into C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\CaptureOne\Styles50
