load images with C1
Hi, I use the little Mac programm Digital Images (?) to get pics from the camera. Is there a way direct to use C1-20? Thx. lars

If you want to import direct to Capture One, the easiest way is to put the camera memory card into a card reader.

Thanks, I look for a way that C1 goes direct to the cameras memory. Reg. lars 0 -

For most models of camera, it doesn't do that. If you connect with a cable to the camera it wants to tether.

Correct. Only selected Sony and Fuji models can optionally act as a card reader. Maybe there are more cameras that can do this that I am not aware of.0 -
Hi, my cam is a Fuji X-Pro2 (the signature is gone?). Tethering works now (-20). But I found no way to connect as USB cardreader. lars 0 -

Just FYI, I've just imported a set of images straight from my Olympus E-M1X - this cameras allows the user to choose the USB mode by which it connects to the camera, and by choosing "Storage", the PC sees the camera as storage.
Without that option - or a camera which recognises the correct setting automatically - it seems like a no-go.0 -

As mentioned in another post (by Keith Reeder), look for an option to set the USB mode. Your current USB mode, which may be the only option, works for tethering, so it will not work for image transfer.
Yes, signature is gone.0 -
Thanks. The cam has several ways to be connected. Tethering 2x, and USB card with cable and WiFi... But I see no way to connect both direct, Cam and C1.
Ok, it is not very importend. Nice days. lars0
