Crop raw image and save back to raw
Hello,
I am trying to crop a series of raw images using Capture One 11, but I want to export them in the same IIQ format. I could not find a solution. Can you help me with this? 😊
Thanks,
Alin

You can't do that. The point of a raw file is that it is the raw data from the camera, which it would not be if you cropped part of it off. And the principle that Capture One (and many raw developing apps) follow is non-destructive editing.
Can you say why you want to do that, so that we can suggest other ways of achieving your objective?

I am trying to build a converter from IIQ to TIFF using Python, and I need to access the raw pixels. I have an image that is very big and it takes time to load it. I thought I can use Capture One to crop the raw image to a smaller area. 😊 -1
