Easy way to "reset" capture one 20?
I'm running into unexpected behavior when using Capture One 20. Before submitting a support ticket, I'd like to "reset" Capture One, leaving only the application and my activated license info to see if the problems persist. Is there an easy way to do this?
Here's an example of "unexpected behavior": I only work with catalogs. Sometimes when I start using clone layers and heal layers the application hangs for several minutes for no apparent reason. I've tried verifying the catalog.
Capture One 20
MacBook Pro15,1
OS X 10.14.6
Intel Core i9
2.9 GHz
6 Cores
32 GB RAM
