I have imported a jpg and did image file manipulations. Now I want to export as tiff. How do I export as tiff?

  You can do it, but I am not sure what the point is. One you have got your image as JPG you won't get more quality by converting it to TIFF.
  
  But if you want to it can be done like this.
  
  Select your image, go to the File menu -> Export Images -> Variants (not originals or you won't get your adjustments exported).
  
  A dialog box comes up, and in the "recipe" section there is a drop down where you can choose various formats for the out put file including TIFF. Select all the other parameters to your liking, and hit the Export button.
  
  (I'm on a Mac, but if you are on Windows, I think the process is much the same.)
