    Hi

I have no idea what the problem is specific to your setup, but I can confirm this is not the normal (or intended) behaviour. I am currently trialling Capture One but have also downloaded the free Fuji version. I am able to move between the two versions freely by unregistering one version, then reregistering the other one. It does ask for my credentials when I start a new version (it would have to really) but then when I reopen the currently registered version the program just opens without challenge.

Sorry I can’t help further, but perhaps there is an internet issue when you try to register?

    Good luck

    Al

    Hi there,
I am hoping someone may be able to help me.
I have recently downloaded the free version for Fujifilm. Every time that I open the program it always asks for my license code and email etc, then I have to hit the activate button again. Is this normal or am I doing something wrong as this is such a pain?

This is not the intended behavior. It seems that your Capture One Express Fujifilm activation is not stored adequately to that Capture One has to ask for it every time.

Only a support case might be a way to resolve this, I am afraid.

    Many thanks in advance.

Is the application stored in the "applications" folder, or do you launch Capture One from the desktop ?

    Hi guys,
Thanks for your responses. I have no idea what was happening, but trying today, it seems to have rectified itself. I have no idea. I have done everything the same. Maybe its the computer gremlins mucking with my head. LOl.

    Thanks again

Good to hear it is working as advertised. Say hello to the gremlins from me! 😁

    Thanks Paul.

But I hope that they don't raise their heads for a long time to come.
