Loading Custom Workspace Issues

With the past two C1 releases for MACOS on MACOS Catalina, my Custom Workspace doesn't EVER load properly. It is rather annoying.

I  create, then save my workspace. When I close and re-open C1 at any point, just one tool in my workspace glitches out and doesnt load properly. The tool is the "Color Editor". It doesnt matter where I place the tool (pinned or scrollable area) it always glitches out and loads EXPANDED in the PINNED area (not where I want it).

I tried doing a complete clean install of MACOS, then C1, issue still exist. What is going on?

    Known issue since Capture One 20 was released, although on my machine it returns to the bottom of the color tab.  On earlier versions it would go where I want it if I explicitly selected a workspace.   I just tried that and it didn't work, but it is quite possible that I'd saved the workspace without first remember to check that the adjustment was where I wanted.

    Same issue, and that's annoying, hope that new release fix this problem!
