Capture One folder on Mac desktop

    Sounds like at some point you have opened the Desktop folder in a Capture One Session and C1 has found some images on the desktop and opened them

    The Cache subfolder contains Previews and Thumbnails used by sessions.

    Settings120 indicates that the folder was opened using V12

    Settings130 indicates that is has also bee opened in V20.

    The .cos files are the "Settings" files - i.e. the edit instructions for the files found.

    If you are not aware of ever opening the desktop using a session might you possibly have used, say, the "Selects" feature at some point and and accidentally identified the Desktop folder as the "Selects" folder.? Or something similar to that using another virtual folder. Capture, Delete or Output for example.)

    If you no longer have images on the desktop, you could safely delete the folder.
