Photomatix Pro plug-in receiving only one variant

I am evaluating the Photomatix Pro plug-in. When I select multiple files for export to the plug-in using the IMAGE EDIT WITH dialog, only one file is exported. Same thing happens when I try to export multiple files to other programs. How do I get multiple files to export to other applications?

    Do you have the multi edit selected icon toggled on? It is on the top toolbar and looks like a set of overlapping rectangles.
