Adding metadata to all photos at once

Can I add copyright, email and the like to all my photos at once, I've tried doing it by selecting all photos and making sure the 'Edit selected' is highlighted but it did something but not sure what, I know I can do it on import. I'm running C1 20 on MacBook Pro with the latest s/w and a Catalog.

  Hi Mark,

  Yes, you can. Once the edit selected is turned on (orange colour), you apply your changes to the metadata on your main picture (one of them). Then, you go to the "adjustments" tool tab, "adjustment clipboard" tool, check all the metadata you want to apply are selected (croos checked), copy, select all your images, and apply.

  Mark,

  For stuff that one is always likely to add - Copyright, email, etc. - one can create entries for automatic updates on Import. Copyright and Description have specific fields. Other can be created and saved as a "Style" with the Style being applied on import.

  Both options can be useful.
