I was blocked 3 times in a couple of months now, 2 or 3 times over a weekend. And this was not due to such a post.
You cannot acknowledge the frustration I have? Please re-think if this is the right attitude.
I opened a support ticket and explicitly asked for an explanation, what was going wrong, what was I am doing wrong. I got no answer to this question from C1. If you don't answer this question then don't expect me to behave according to it - as I do not know it, how could I. Instead of telling me after the fact what is not the way (what exactly?), can you please tell me what is the way?
I do feel critized but actually I am annoyed for a good reason - you (C1 company) should feel critized instead.
And that's not because I am a customer but because your system has blocked me three times nows, always weekends for no apparent reason and no explanation either. I am not the only one who was blocked.
I don't want the algoritm go better by not posting things but I want you to provide us a forum which works.
The tone of this my email might be a bit on the harsh side but is not insulting. Let's see how you react on this criticism.
