Lost my Folder Hierarchy

Hi I'm still on C1 v12 on Windows, but hoping someone here can help me.  My C1 has lost my folder hierarchy for my entire catalog.  Even when I went to 'Show Folder Hierarchy' it just displayed the 'In Catalog' line.  All my photos are still in the catalog.  I can go to 'Add Folder' and add them to the hierarchy one at a time, but I have many folders and it will take a long time.  Any idea how to get all my folders back in the hierarchy, and how I lost them in the first place?

  Thanks for the help - that worked.  The new catalog has the hierarchy back.
