How to apply a capture one preset on a image without altered the eyes ( or a part of image)

    Based on your description the simplest approach would probably be to create a new filled layer (complete mask over the whole image), apply the preset to the layer and then use the Erase brush to remove it from the area of the eyes.

     

    Of course you may need to consider whether the preset needs some sort of blending when applied close  the eyes (depending on that the preset does and and what you have done to the eyes) but in general that would likely be the best approach.

    You can select your preset and right click and select Apply to New Layer. That will give you a new layer with a 100% filled mask.

    Then take in considerations that SFA pointed out.

    Press the M key the display the mask and adjust to taste with the eraser, layer opacity and luma range etc. or any other tools that have the paint brush icon.
