Permanently deleted user

I am just starting and I think I have mistakenly pushed a wrong button.  My Library Tool has changed and only show Filters, star rating and color tabs.  I am trying to get back to the default so I can start over again and so far have failed.  Also the three color buttons shown above the import button are gone? don't think that is correct.  Any help will be appreciated.  I don't have any images saved so I hope to reset and start over.
