    Hi,

    I have a similar setup : 24" Eizo as the main display (identified as #1) and a 19" HP as secondary display. I agree that the problem is not completely fixed. I'm using a custom workspace (see attached screen capture for both monitors). Under Windows, the workspace adapted to what you (and I) want should be Dual Monitor - Large Browser which, for some unknown but unacceptable reason, is only available on the Mac (the Windows team at Phase One still has a lot to learn about Windows programming).

    Anyway, I have created a custom workspace where the main C1 windows containing only the various tools and a maximized browser window is displayed on the secondary (right) display (the 19" HP monitor) and the maximized large viewer is displayed on the main (left) display (the 24"Eizo). It's not a perfect layout and it has some drawbacks but I have no other choice until the C1 Windows development team decide to do something about this.

    Still, there are problems remaining :

    - Sometimes, this workspace is not restored as expected : the C1 main window is not restored maximized as defined in the workspace or the viewer window is not there. I have to reload the workspace to return to the layout specified by my custom workspace. Sometimes, the main C1 window returns to the main display.

    - Also, the bug mentioned in the OP is not completely fixed. If I want to minimize both C1 windows, I click on the minimize button of the main C1 window (which is displayed on my secondary monitor). Both windows are then minimized. However, when I click on the C1 icon in the taskbar, both windows should be restored immediately. Unfortunately, like before, as a useless intermediary step, 2 window thumbnails are still displayed above the C1 icon, and I have to click on one of them to get both C1 windows eventually restored to their normal state. However, if I use Alt-Tab to switch back to C1 while it is currently minimized, both windows are restored immediately.

    Managing such issues is basic programming. I don't understand why they need so much time to fix this. Obviously and unfortunately, the development team at P1 appears to be Mac oriented. I have the feeling that the Windows version is considered as a by-product to which restricted resources and skills are assigned : Windows specific bugs, features missing from the Windows version... It's time to consider that euros coming from Windows users pockets have the same value as those coming from Mac users. C1 is not a cheap shareware. It's the most expensive software of its category but it currently has the most terrible support and the Windows users are discriminated. Time to wake up and do something about it...

    @Samoreen

    I started a Support Request

    The Answer is:
    "
    I have forwarded your comments and data on to our Product Management team for future implementation. The feature request has already been created by our development team. Please, stay tuned for further updates."

    I hope this will be soon ;-)

    The final answer to the support request is:

    "....We've been informed by R&D that the phenomenon in question has been identified not as a bug but as a feature that hasn't been implemented in Capture One yet. They have created a feature request instead as something to consider in a future release...."

    I actually believed that such statements from software manufacturers were a thing of the past, but I guess that's not the case with C1.
    Whether and how the bug will be fixed is written in the stars.
    I will only invest in a paid update once the error has been corrected.
