I can't get any files!

    Oh Yeah I am using Window 10 and a powerful computer I built that works fine in all apps including CO 9.3.

    What's happening exactly? Can't even import anything? Are you sure you selected the correct license (e.g. Capture One Pro vs. Capture One DB)?

    I didn't have to do a thing about licenses because I own the license for 9.3. When I start CO 10, where there was a list of folders previously from jobs I've shot, now there is nothing whatsoever. I used o click on an icon for folders, but now if I click there I get the word Library, but nothing else.

    Did CO10 tell you it had to update your catalog when you first launched it? Did you click OK?

    No i saw no such message. I am running the process of generating profiles. That process will not com close to processing the number of files I have with CO today on my computer. What do you suggest now?

    If CO10 didn't update its catalog it won't be able to use it. What happens if you go to File > Open catalog and select your catalog? My guess is it will ask if you want to update it. I'm under the impression that you created à new empty catalog instead of opening your usual one, which would explain why you don't see any files.

    Can I uninstall whatever if there and reinstall CO10? Will I sill retain the eligibility that I have now?

    I don't think reinstalling will change anything, but why not, you can try that. Your license rights are linked to your account, so I don't think you'll lose anything in that respect.

    I have seen other images from other yesterday, but I can't seem to get them into CO.

    Yep all your guesses have been right so far. No advances so far. I'm still unable to process anything with CO 10.

    Since I can't return to 9.3 I'm suck so far. I need help.

    Two reasons. I don't want to. During install of CO10, CO 9 was removed and is no longer available.

    You can always download it and reinstall.

    Well if you don't want to, then I guess the only solution left is to contact support (check my sig).
