C1 8.3 wont open
Please help!!!
I was using my C1 8.3. Since it will become slow after I went tho many photos, I often restart the program.
Just then, after I restart it, it decided to not opening anymore...
It stopped on the "Loading Document" bar after the C1 Logo came out, maybe it is thinking why should I work so hard like the guy typing here...
I tried to uninstalle C1 and reinstalled the latest one I just download, make no difference and still stopped at the same spot. I am using Window 7.
I still got so many photos need to go tho to delivery to my clients, any help will be great.

First question, are you using 8.3.0 or 8.3.1 ?
Have you tried to create a new session/catalog and check/verify your existing session/catalog from the File menu in CO?0 -

Thx for your reply, I was using 8.3 then when I reinstall, I downloaded 8.3.1
but both stuck at the box
I couldn't open C1, so I didnt even went to the stage that I can pick a new or existing session/catalog

When opening, press the Alt key. That will show a dialog, allowing you to create or select a different folder. 0 -
