Thumbnails and Previews rendering as previous capture.

This is issue is across 2 machines, a D600 and Contax 645 with a P25. Latest version of CO and OS, shooting tethered. Thumbnail and preview come in as a previous capture, and not in date order, either. We have done a clean uninstall/reinstall and emptied the cache, started a new session and opened a support case. Any ideas out there? Anyone else having this issue??
