Can't deactivate license to try Pro

    Me too. Tried 10 times and more,but I could not it.

    My Environment.
    Windows Xp(32bit Japanese) SP3
    Core2Duo E8500/2GB Memory
    (hp dc7800SF/CT)
    .net framework 3.0 SP1/Japanese Language Pack.
    Symantec Endpoint Protection (MR2) Japanese.

    you can do it online in 'licence management' on the user account ... i think...

    in the end I uninstalled 4.5 and the re-installed and when running choose 4.5 pro in trial.

    Not ideal but works.
