Activation Problems

I bought the C1 PRO last month and I used my activation key on my laptop and on my desktop. Yesterday I did a complete format on the laptop and now I need to re-install the C1. The software told me that I need a new activation key, ok...but how can I get it??? In my opinion this kind of protection from the software cracking penalize the people who bought the C1!!! Tomorrow I'll have to work and I'm in trouble! Can you help me to solve this problem?

  Quickest way to solve any activation issue is to log a supportcase with Phase One at http://support.phaseone.com/
  Were we often need your product key to verify and solve any kind of problem (and you do not want to give away your product key publicly on a forum)
  
  I will give you a few pointers.
  What the software told you was to make a new activation.
  Do this by going to Help -> Licens Activation-> Type in your product code and personal information and click on Acivate licens.
