Session folders

Is there any way to set up 4.6.1 sessions like 3.7.9?

All I want every time is a Capture folder, Process folder, and Trash folder. I don't want a Move To folder. I also want raw file to automatically go into the Capture folder within the current session without having to set it up every time I create a new session like in 3.7.9. I'd like this whether shooting tethered or downloading a CF card from card reader.

Also a drop down menu showing all the session like in 3.7.9.

Are any of my requests possible?

I'd go back to 3.7.9 if I could shoot D3 tethered with it.
