CAPTURE NAMING< PLEASE HELP!!!

😕 🙄 When in the capture naming window I type the name of the captures so each image comes in with the name I set and a number, all cool. Tethered shooting.
If I go to another tab i.e. color balance then go back to capture naming the name I typed in is lost, its not keeping the name.

  ok, so i restarted the software and now the file name is locked and and does not disappear when i switch to another tab, however, my files are no longer coming into the capture folder. the destination is set correctly, but no images are saving in the designated folder. SO...when i shoot an image (with my H25) the progress bar moves in and to the right of the progress bar it say "1 pending" but nothing comes in and it is not saving in the raw folder.
  
  
  PLEASE HELP ASAP!! ON SET NOW!!! CLIENTS LOOKING OVER MY SHOULDER!!!!

  ok, restarted a few times, nothing working still. however now it says "2 pending" next to the image import progress bar. no images saving to hard drive anywhere, let alone the designated capture folder

  i am notincing that as i shoot and nothing saves, the "space left" counter does decrease in number and the available space on my hard drive does decrease in size. however, still cannot find the images. destination folder is set correctly! when i do a search through the finder i cannot find a file with either the name i have locked in (which i still dont know why that is working now, or rather, whay it wasnt working before) nor can i find and new files named "untitled capture"
