to remain logged

hello, last year, ( capture 7 and Windows 7-64) it was not possible, for a while, to remain logged .

it begins again, since I work on a Windows 10 - 64 computer: I do not succeed to remain logged, despite I click on the " log me automatically each visit" after giving email and password. When I close the forum and come back on next visit, I have to login another time...
Is it a Windows 10'bug or a forum's?

  This has been a forum bug for the longest time, and keeps coming up every month or so.
  
  This issue also applies to the "notify" selection also.
