Best sharpening settings for Nikon D850
Hi, I am looking for the best sharpening settings for the Nikon D850. I would appreciative any suggestions, thank you!

It seems to me that Capture One sets the defect sharpening at a value carefully selected for each camera body. This gives a "good look" to any new picture you open in the software, i.e. on your screen.
But the real question is : what to do next ? Do you need to print, to display on a 4 or 5K screen, to publish on social networks,... ? Each output needs a different and adapted sharpening.
The way I MYSELF proceed is to set sharpening to zero as a preset. Then you can adapt the sharpening to your needs, and, more specifically, the new "soft proofing" preview tool is very powerful and useful when selecting the output sharpening in your process recipe.
