Unpacking EIP files with Stuffit

Dear PhaseOne,

Firstly, thanks for EIP, it's proving very useful and simplifies things a great deal. If I could ask for one thing to be altered in the way it works is for the original filename of the RAW image to be maintained at the time of packing AND unpacking! Eg, _IMG-23402.CR2 should stay unchanged inside the package and not be changed to 0.CR2.

I've had to unpack a load of EIP files today and guess what? They're ALL called 0.CR2! Not very helpful.
Please would you maintain the original filename?

  The EIP files are not designed to be unpacked by a "ZIP" program. They can be if you need to but they are certainly not designed to work with these programs in the same way that they are with Capture One. The "unpacking" scripts are found within Capture One so the program knows exactly what to do with the files and how to allocate information like the names of files. In addition, unpacking through Capture One software removes the clutter of having several files/folder. Capture One renames the RAW and moves the adjustment files to the proper location.
  In short, if you need to Unpack/Unzip EIP files through a separate source you certainly can however it is highly recommended that you unpack through Capture One software.
