"Could Not Insert Into Collection"
Hey everyone, first time posting. Yesterday I started a session in CapOne v11 and connected my D810. The program recognized the camera but when I went to take a test shot a message popped up saying "could not insert __(filename)__ into collection." I tried reconnecting the camera and making a new session but the message kept popping up. Not sure what this meant so I ended up just starting a new session in CapOne v10 with no issues, worked fine for the rest of the shoot. Couldn't find any previous posts or articles by Phase One regarding this specific error message. Anyone encounter this before?

Do you have a period in the filename (excluding what precedes the extension)? This causes the failure you're describing in version 11.0.0. It's a bug that we're aware of and does not exist in 10.2.1. 0 -
I do have the same problem when I shoot tethered with my P1 XF and yes I do have a period in the filename like studioshoot17.01.2018. Thanks god I still had a C1 10 version installed on that iMac else I would have freaked out during that commercial shoot in front of the client ... 0 -
Same issue here. Use Sony A7r3 and A9 no problem but get this error when shooting with A6400. The only period is before the file name suffix, as in "filename.ARW" -1
