Activation problem - help!

Hi!
Recently I've been messing around with Vista which has involved me reformatting my hard drive on several occasions, which in turn has meant that I have had to reinstall all my apps on a few occasions.
This has not been a problem until tonight when I tried to activate my copy of C1 LE and was refused because there had been too many previous activations!
Can you please help me?
