Importing Adobe DNG files

Coming from lightroom I have a lot of Adobe DNG files. As I understand C1 support for this format is not 100%. What is the best way to import these DNG files into Capture One to get the most out of them? Or has the DNG support become better?

  As far as I know, the only limitations for DNG files you'll perhaps notice is a lack of C1-dedicated colour profiles. But then perhaps your camera did not receive dedicated C1 colour profile support in the first place (like for my K-1) so there wouldn't be any difference.
  
  In the past DNG support has indeed been poor, but IIRC since version 9 it has been much better.
