IPTC compatibility

Hi all

I am using Capture one 3.7.4 but I tried as well 3.7.3 all works well but I am having a seriopus problem with IPTC and was wondering if anybody can help or give me some ideas....

I generally use a different program to fill the IPTC data before submitting to my agencies and notice that since I started to test Capture One some of my agencies are unable to retrieve the IPTC and all fiels shows as blank...I believe all of them use Mac Desks as most agencies....

It seems the problem is in the Capture one becasue happens only IF I open the NEF images and convert them in jpg......(using a different program at the conversion fase like CS2 or others solves the poroblem)

Any help/suggestion will be highly appreciated

Dear msecchi

I think you should raise a support task, as I suspect that you will need to send test files etc, to clarify this issue.

If you are unsure of how to raise a support task I will recommend that you try to read Knowledge base article: 1877
