Will upgrade to 6 disable V3.7.9?

Was going through the upgrade process and was a informed my product key would be changed. Will this disable my using v3.7.9 or will I be able to use both versions on the same computer?

    Licensewise you will, but the current V6 (with so many added features) will be happier on a newer one than 3.x.

    Both versions coexist on the same computer, your prior license will still activate 3.x, however, once you learn V6 you will probably prefer it.

    When the old license is disabled it will no longer work... however the new Capture One 6 license you receive is backwards compatible and will also activate 3.7.9 and other prior versions.
