Capture One Tutorials

Hello ... I just purchased Capture One Pro 7 software. I have found tutorials on the Capture One site and on You Tube.

I must say that most tutorials "jump" around with the assumption that the viewer knows a lot about the software.

Can someone head me in a direction where I can find an organized incremental set of tutorials that guides a "new" user step by step.

  I think I found the user guide. It looks somewhat interactive with blue highlighted references and some videos, however nothing happens when I click on those interactive links.
  
  Also ... I am not sure what the Capture One DB Guide is - can't seem to find it.
  
  Any help would be appreciated.

  Another vote here for the Luminous Landscape series. Costs $60 but once downloaded is a very handy thing to have around!
