C1 software on desktop and laptop?

I have the C1 v4 software installed on my desktop, will it install ok with the same registration code on my laptop without further payment?

    The registration code or license key is connected to the online activation. CO4 comes with 2 activations. You can deactivate an installation from a computer you don't use. You can check and also deactivate from the Phase One web site (login with your credentials). You can run CO4 on one computer at a time, although I prefer to leave legal statements here to Phase One staff 😄
