Unable to Open Catalog
I restored files from Time Machine to a new iMac. It is running El Capitan, and CI v9.2
It displays the following when I tried to open several catalogs:
"The catalog is currently in use by: (previous computer name) The catalog can only be opened when no other users have it open."
thanks you in advance for your help.

Guess you backed up while using it.
Find your catalog in Finder.
Choose to show package contents.
Delete the file 'writelock'.
It should open again.

That's a new one for me.
And the message is 'is in use'?
1) Try this:
Find your catalog in Finder.
Choose to show package contents.
Double-Click the <YourCatalog>.cocatalogdb
Does it open?
2) Finder is sometimes not up to date. Use command line to check the catalog for the 'writelock' file.
