Media Pro Reader constantly crashes

The Media Pro Reader is totally useless to me. It constantly crashes even with a test catalog of 2 images! What's with that....

    Hi Pedro,

    I am experiencing the same inconvenience too!

    The best thing WE could do is file support cases and get our dissatisfaction heard. What else we could do? Sitting on our butts complaining to the user to user forum isn't going to get MediaPRO fixed.

    I have already filed a case and if not already, I suggest you file a case and get your voice heard.
