CO4.6.1 Crash when I stop a batch processing!

Now it would not restart. I'd tried to reinstall (overwrite) the installation program and that does not help.

Super Urgent! HELP me please!

  It works after I : empty batch queue from ~ / Library / Application Support / Capture One / Batch Queue
