add meta data while running a tethered session

I have just bought capture one v8 for sony and since the A7 does not allow for adding basic iptc info to the camera I want to know if it is possible to add the creator info and copyright status to all images as they are downloaded on a tethered session?

I have already got a metadata preset saved that I created and saved in the metadata drop down menu which I think can apply to individual or group selected images and by the look of it at the output stage but is this the only wy or can it be preset to add at import point?

  As I understand things (I don't tethering often and my cameras allow the base metedata to be added in camera) you need to drill down through the options in the "Next Capture Adjustments" tool , "All other" and then, probably, "Defaults with Style" which should probably get you what you need from your preset.
  
  Alternatively set things up for the first image of a session and then Copy from Last via whichever options suit you but I think the former idea might be closer to what you need.
