C1Pro won't process

Using C! Pro 3.6.1 on mac and for some reason I can no longer process images. I can load thumbnails. No problem. Can manipulate images. No problem. Then I select a new destination and press PROCESS and nothing happens. I used to see a progress bar as the processing was done. I don't see that. The process \"gears\" used to show up in yellow on thumbnail as the processing was happening and then turn blue. Now it shows up in yellow and never changes. I look for the destination folder under my Pictures folder and don't find it. And don't find any processed images.

Any ideas ....PLEASE!!!!

  Under process tool.
  Make sure that your destination is enable with a check mark.
  Under batch tool
  Make sure that \"Enable queue\" is checked.
