Don't know if anyone else had this problem with V4 final.

I have exactly the same problem on 2 of my computers. I've reported this to P1 support. They requested additional data to analyze the problem but I haven't seen a "fix" yet.

I also have had the "ImgCoreProcess.exe" error. Once the error occurred it showed up every time V4 was opened. I raised a support case and Phase One support have been very helpful. They advised how to reset the program by deleting folders (different to what you have tried) which meant that I could do some of my own testing to find out what triggered the error.

The problem in my case is to do with the processing of DNG files to JPEG or TIF. The V4 Release Notes contain a DNG issue but it is related to saving certain DNG files, which is not something I do. When I process DNG files I get the error every time and the program hangs at the end. Support are considering my view that there is an underlying DNG problem. For the time being, I shall have to work only with NEF files - which I can live with.

If your issue is DNG-related I urge you to raise a support case, if you haven't already, the more people that do this the more likely a fix will be implemented.

I got the following response from P1 support and it seems to work fine for me (I use Pentax K10D):

"You need to apply a camera profile to your DNG files. If you go to the quick tool (first one after the folder navigation window pane) you can select either Pentax K10D Generic, Phase One No color Correction, or Adobe DNG File Neutral. One the file has an input ICC Prolfile connected to it, you should be able to process it."

    Best of luck,

Yes, I've got the same reply from P1.
After connecting the "neutral" profile the rendering works fine. No more errors...
    Thanks to you all.

    Cheers
