Capture One 5 crashes repeatedly.
I am currently using C1-5 on a trial basis. All was fine until last night, when the program began to crash repeatedly with any attempt to browse in the Library. This first occurred after I imported images into a session. I must have done something to upset the program, but I have no idea what.
I have read the thread about "Known Issues" and have updated my Logitech
Control Center to no avail.
At this point, I don't know what to do. I have been extremely impressed with the quality of the output from this program and would like to make it my main RAW converter. Should I trash the entire program and reinstall it? I have submitted crash reports to Capture One but have not yet received a response.

While we do receive all crash reports you will get a much faster response if you create a support case through the website. Then we can run thorough the problem and get you up and running again. 0 -

For the record, I did receive a case number and reply (which was not helpful.) I solved the problem by uninstalling and then reinstalling the program as per the specific instructions on this website.
