Staying with version 9 for awhile

Coming from v9, I actually went ahead and paid for the v10 upgrade two days ago, only to regret the decision quite soon afterwards. This 10.0 release again feels like a classic Capture One release to me: add some features, introduces some issues in areas that have worked fine before.

    Some issues include:
    * The "applied styles" section went missing (as mentioned in another topic on this forum)
    * Smart albums don't always update correctly (observed using rating-based criteria)
    * Lots of my custom keyboard shortcuts were gone after the upgrade (fortunately I have the entire ~/Library/Application Support/Capture One directory under Git version control)
    * Duplicating an image variant is buggy (local adjustments go missing)
    * I noticed various UI issues on 10.11 (El Capitan): folder icons "flicker" on collapse/expand and toggling the Viewer in full screen exhibits some strange animation behavior.

I have been using Capture One for over two years now and I love both the results and the workflow and continue using it because of this. However, the quality of their releases feels very inconsistent.

I too downgraded to v9… I guess I will wait for a few more dot-releases before I install v10 again. Oh, and still waiting for that support for compressed X-Pro2 rafs…
