Troubles with OS X 10.7.4
I just installed teh OS X Update 10.7.4 on iMac and MBP - and now Capture One 6.4.1. (also 6.3.5) refuses to start Up!
No way to get the program running. It quits whiel starting (jumping icon, followed bei Message that Capture One hat terminated the procedure unexceptional. )
This is really bad! I cannot work and have to search for a downgrade of teh OS X. I hope this wilkl solve the problem. ☹️
Anyone with the same bad troubles?

10.4.7? Or 10.7.4?
10.4 is not supported with Capture One 6.
10.7 is supported and tested up until 10.7.3 as 10.7.4 was released within the last 24 hours and 6.4.1 was released on Monday, not tested on the 10.7.4 OS.
Please create a support case and we will take a closer look to see if there is a quick solution.0 -
My fault! 10.7.4 is the Killer. Sorry. I will create a case. 0 -
Installed an old Version of Capture One 6.3.2 and this Version is working. 0 -
Is there a possibility to change the title of the post? I wpould like to correct the 10.4.7 to the 10.7.4. 0 -
Thank you to the Phase One support for your quick help. It is a problem with te OpenCL. That´s what they told me to try: "2. If the above still results in the software not launching, please reference the article below and run the "Disable" script for OpenCL and then relaunch.

This solution works!

Phew, glad I found this thread. Toggling OpenCL off has worked for me, too! 0
